Focus is on centered movement, connection with the floor and your partner, good technique, musicality and understanding control and flow of energy between two people. Doors open 15 mins before class for you to warm up.

In addition to the regular classes listed below there are also short courses offered through the year on Vals and Milonga, and a Milonga class before the once a month milonga.
